The products shown on this website are only a selection of the BALLACERAMICS catalogue. This collection has been especially chosen for the BALLACERAMICS online web shop. The availability of our products is in real time, meaning that it is possible that selected products may not be in stock. The online web shop of BALLACERAMICS does not accept any responsibility for any lack of stock of any of the models displayed. Please note that our products and costs change every season.Please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer.

How to buy

BALLACERAMICS uses the following purchase procedure:

In order to purchase a variable product you have to click the SELECT OPTIONS icon and then click the size you wish.The purchase will be completed by picking the quantity you wish and  clicking on the corresponding ADD TO CARD icon.

The item(s) you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding shopping cart icon on this website.

The shopping cart will include the reference number of the selected item(s), the name, size and price (including 24% VAT).

If you continue the purchase procedure, we will show you a summary identifying the item(s) to be purchased, the total price (including VAT and shipment costs) and the delivery details and if you agree, you must then accept the order by clicking on the PROCCED TO CHECKOUT button.

After selecting the item(s), you have to fill in an order form. This order form will request personal data and payment information for the purpose of processing the order(s). Please remember that all data must be completely accurate in order to avoid confusion or problems in sending the item(s) purchased.

Order Confirmation

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail message from BALLACERAMICS confirming that your order has been registered (order confirmation). This order confirmation will, among others, include information such as identification of the item(s) purchased, the total price (including VAT and shipment costs) and the delivery details.

If you made an error when placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Helpline who will be happy to assist you. However, please always make sure to review your order before placing it. Before submitting, you have the possibility yourself to edit any information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address or credit card information, or change or delete items in your shopping cart.

 Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary communications problem with the network or a mistake in writing the e-mail address given. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item or that the item ordered is out of stock. In the event that ordered items are out of stock, you shall be informed by e-mail and any payments will be refunded if the payment was already processed.

We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from this website whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on this website, refusing to process a transaction.

Pricing policy

Prices shown on this website are in the Euro currency and include all applicable taxes, with the exception of those that are expressly excluded. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on this website at the time the order is submitted will be honoured. BALLACERAMICS will not be responsible for any special duties, custom costs and duties or additional costs for deliveries. BALLACERAMICS reserves the right to modify its retail such as wholesale prices at any time, except for orders that already have been made.

Payment methods and security

We accept orders at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

BALLACERAMICS will only accept payments made by using credit or debit cards, Paypal and Bank Deposits as shown on the payment page. No other form of payment other than those mentioned before will be accepted.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to BALLACERAMICS, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make this website secure. In order to ensure secure payment transactions, BALLACERAMICS uses a secured payment system. This means that all confidential data, (e.g. credit card number and expiry date), are encrypted and transmitted directly, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to a secured server.

Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, insofar as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.

BALLACERAMICS will not accept any responsibility for delays in delivering merchandise resulting from lack of authorization by the bank.

Multiple orders will be shipped once all of the items are available. No partial shipments will be made.

BALLACERAMICS reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons. Customers affected will be notified. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot verify the shipment and/or billing details, but we shall notify you if this happens. We further reserve the right not to accept and/or cancel an order if we believe the buyer is obtaining the items for re-sale except merchants.

BALLACERAMICS aims to display the colours and designs of its ceramics as closely as possible to the actual colour.However , the colour and design of the products may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the monitor of your computer.Please take in mind that all products are shaped and coloured by hand ,which means that none has exactly the same colour ,size ,weight.

Deliveries and insurance

BALLACERAMICS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. All orders are delivered by international or affiliate courier companies.

Dispatch times are as follows:

Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The delivery time is between 1 and 7 working days after dispatch.We are not responsible for any delays, due to the handmade nature of our products ,but we will do our best to serve you.

Deliveries will be made to any usual place of residence or place of employment. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Once the items have been signed for, they are the responsibility of the consumer. We do not deliver items to PO boxes.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays or on bank holidays in each particular region or country. All items purchases from BALLACERAMICS are delivered by using a recognized international courier company.

In order to prevent problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, not finding anyone at the address) the corresponding form must be filled in correctly, especially the box with a contact telephone number.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail providing you with the parcel tracking number assigned by the courier company responsible for delivering your item(s). You will be then able to track your order. If you have ordered more than one products, we will wait until all items in the order are available before we ship them, as we do not make partial deliveries.

All items delivered by BALLACERAMICS remain our property until BALLACERAMICS has received your payment.

Cancellation of orders

You may cancel your order(s) at any time before your order(s) has been sent and receive a full refund. If your order has been sent (i.e. has already left our warehouses) you will have to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order, although any such cancellation is subject to certain terms and conditions (see “Returns and exchanges”).

You may also contact our Customer Service Helpline to cancel your order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.

 

Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied after receiving your order, you have a period of 2 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item(s). In order to return or exchange an order, you must check that it meets the following criteria:

• the product must not have been broked or used.
• the product must be returned in the condition in which it was sent, in the original packaging where possible. If the original packaging is not available, it should be replaced with packaging of a similar size and capacity.
• the product must be delivered to our laboratory (see address below) within 2 days of receipt of your order.
• When sending items for return or exchange the products should be preferably packaged in their original box, and sent by ordinary certified mail to the address as indicated below (and also during the return process).

If the product(s) brake through the return, BALLA CERAMICS keeps the full amount of the order. Returns and exchanges must be made through our E-shop.

Returns

To request the return of an item, please follow the following steps:

Contact BALLACERAMICS at info@ballaceramics.com or contact the customer help line to obtain a return number.

Once we have received the item(s) and checked that it/they comply with the requirements as detailed above, BALLACERAMICS will refund the price you paid for the item(s). If you request a return within the 2 working days after the day on which you received the goods, direct costs of returning the item(s), will be paid by the customer. Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

Exchange

In order to request a change of a product, please follow the following steps:

In the case of exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for all delivery, customs and collection costs. Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Once we have received the item(s), we will send you the new product(s), using the same service as for the original purchase ,with charge of the customer.

In no event shall BALLACERAMICS be liable for any direct and indirect loss, damage or expense – irrespective of the manner in which it occurs – which may be suffered due and/or pursuant to your use of this website and/or the information or materials contained on it, or as a result of the inaccessibility of this website and/or the fact that certain information or materials contained on it are incorrect, incomplete or not up-to-date. The clause above does not exclude or limit the liability of BALLACERAMICS for anything for which liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Compensation

At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us and hold us harmless immediately on demand, our officers, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of these T&Cs by you including the use by any other person accessing this website using your account as a result of your action or inaction.

Relationship

You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and BALLACERAMICS as a result of these T&Cs or your use of this website. You agree that you may not and will not present yourself as a representative, agent or employee of BALLACERAMICS and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.

No waiver

If you breach the T&Cs and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the T&Cs.

Governing law

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek laws. The parties, without waiving their own jurisdiction or any other that they may be entitled to by law, submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Patra – Greece for any action and claim that could arise regarding the execution and/or interpretation of these T&Cs.
